Where we ship

Better Wheel Workshops ships worldwide from Vermont, USA.

Shipping costs

Orders of $150 or more receive free shipping. For orders under $150, most customers pay approximately $5–$7 for shipping. Final shipping cost may vary by destination and order details.

Order processing

Standard, non-custom items usually ship within 1–3 business days. Custom-engraved orders usually ship within 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way. Delivery time after shipment varies by destination and carrier.

Returns

Non-custom orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are in new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending a return.

Custom orders

Because custom-engraved items are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing or material defect.

Our product guarantee

We stand behind what we make. If a product develops a manufacturing or material failure—such as a crack that was not visible at the time of purchase but develops over time—please contact us. We will review the issue and provide a replacement when it qualifies as a manufacturing or material failure.
